What gets deleted?

Your account, profile, memberships, personal retailer connections, associated invitations and matching launch enquiry are removed. If you are the only member of a household, its cloud pantry, shopping list, activity and device records are also deleted.

What happens to shared households?

Other members retain their household and shared information. If you are the only owner of a household with other members, make another member an owner in Household settings first. The deletion page checks this before you continue.

Before continuing

Export or sync changes you want to keep. Deletion requires your current password and a separate confirmation. Data already cached on phones or Hubs is not remotely erased. Sign out or reset devices you control. See our privacy policy for retained shared information, security records and backups.
